Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following policies.
ordering online
Placing an order with us is safe, secure, straightforward and simple. There are two ways to order with us.
1. Online via our secure Nochex server is the best method. We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards and Visa Delta, Switch and Solo debit cards.
2. Cheques should be denominated in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'Doofer Designs'. Click here for our contact details.
return / refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods please inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods to request a Returns Number (RMA). We will then email you information on how to return the goods to us. Once the goods have been received by us we will give a full refund*.
Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product.
*All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and the buyer to pay return postage.
delivery information
Delivery must be to the address at which your payment card is registered, which must be in the United Kingdom (this excludes the Channel Islands). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Delivery time is usually 5-10 working days from date of order with cleared payment. Orders via Cheque will be sent once the cheques has cleared, normally this takes an extra 5-10 working days.
Please note that during times of peak seasonal demand there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.
prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT (Reg No. 846 5207 19). Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
